The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15AN is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series is a filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in one body, with a drain bowl that collects water and particulate ahead of the regulating valve. This GFR300C15AN is the 300 size with PT1/2 (1/2") ports, an automatic drain that discharges condensate on its own, and the standard 40 um filter element. No gauge is fitted (N); a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with PT, G or NPT threads and a choice of drain types and filter grades, and we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the air drop feeding an assembly cell with air cylinders and grippers, it strips condensed water from the main line and lets each cell set its own working pressure.
On an automated indexing rotary table driven by pneumatic actuators, the unit conditions the 1/2" supply and holds the pressure the actuator circuit was sized for.
Supplying blow-off nozzles on a cleaning station, it removes water that would otherwise spray onto the product and lets operators set a lower regulated pressure for delicate parts.
The 300 size with PT1/2 ports is the step to take when your air line is piped at 1/2" and you need combined water removal and pressure regulation without a separate filter. The standard 40 um element is the right choice for general plant air feeding cylinders, actuators and blowing duty; step down to the 5 um (W) option only when downstream components need finer protection. With automatic drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C. PT is the standard thread - order G or NPT as a catalogue option if needed. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
There is no single rated flow figure: AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves. Send us your line size, pressure and consumption and we will confirm from the datasheet that the 300 size suits your application before you order.
The automatic drain (A) ejects collected condensate from the bowl without anyone touching it - useful for unattended or hard-to-reach installations. A manual drain (M) is emptied by hand and widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); this automatic-drain model adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
