The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15C1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15C1K is a genuine AirTAC G-series filter regulator with a reverse/check valve fitted: one body that cleans compressed air and regulates downstream pressure, and keeps the downstream side pressurised if the upstream supply is lost. This 300-size unit has standard PT1/2 ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain in the polycarbonate bowl, and an external round gauge on an MPa scale (code C1). Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the unit runs on compressed air only at -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G-series 200/300/400/600 range, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, drain and filtration choices, and gauge configurations to suit the panel. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulated air holds pneumatic clamps closed on a welding or assembly fixture, and the check valve keeps the clamps from releasing if the main supply fails.
A dedicated drop feeds nutrunner and impact tool stations, holding set pressure at the tools and backing up the circuit during brief supply interruptions.
Pilot air for the feed and lift cylinders on a stamping press line is filtered and regulated, with the check valve preventing back-feed between stations.
Size 300 with PT1/2 ports is the mid-range step of the G-series; confirm the step you need against the published flow curves with us before ordering. The K in this code fits a reverse/check valve, the right choice where a held downstream pressure matters if supply drops. Drain choices are differential-pressure (default, as here), automatic (A) and manual (M, which widens the regulator range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi). Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify W for 5 um. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or this external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale. PT is the standard thread; order G (BSPP) or NPT as options. A bracket is included unless J is specified.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Share your application flow and pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet that this size is right before you order.
K specifies a reverse/check valve in the unit: if upstream supply is interrupted, the valve holds pressure on the downstream side instead of letting it bleed back. Order the same unit without K if you do not need that function.
