The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15C1WK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15C1WK is an AirTAC GFR300-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body with a single polycarbonate bowl. This 1/2 in PT configuration carries a fine 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an external round pressure gauge with MPa scale, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. It handles compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, -5 to 70 C non-freezing, with a standard regulation range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes in 1/8 to 1 in ports, with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential, automatic or manual drains, and G or NPT thread options to order. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the clamp cylinders on a stamping or forming press, with the check valve holding set clamping pressure against momentary dips in plant air supply.
Prepares air for sealing jaws, diverters and pushers on a carton or pouch packaging conveyor, protecting the 1/2 in supply header with fine 5 um filtration.
Serves as the last filter-regulator before a machine section where losing pressure mid-cycle is costly, using the reverse valve to back-hold the circuit.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port suits lines with medium-to-heavy air demand; step up to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the port and flow your circuit needs. The 5 um element here is the finer of the two grades (40 um standard) - keep it only if downstream components are sensitive to finer particulate. The differential-pressure drain bleeds automatically only when a meaningful pressure difference develops; choose automatic (A) for unattended continuous drainage or manual (M) for light, dry air and the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa regulation range. The C1 suffix gives an external round gauge on an MPa scale; the embedded square gauge is the built-in alternative, with psi or bar scales available. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are order options, and the bracket is included by default. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your inlet pressure and demanded flow and we will confirm the correct sizing and the full datasheet on request.
The C1 suffix in the code specifies an external round gauge with an MPa scale, and the K specifies a reverse (check) valve fitted after the regulation stage. A W code would select the 5 um element (blank is 40 um), and dropping K gives the plain version. Gauge scale, thread and drain type are all decodable order options.
