The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15F1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15F1K is an AirTAC GFR300-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body with a single polycarbonate bowl, plus a reverse (check) valve. This 1/2 in PT configuration uses the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and the embedded square pressure gauge on an MPa scale. The K option lets the unit hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply falls. It handles compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, -5 to 70 C non-freezing, with a standard regulation range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes in 1/8 to 1 in ports, with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential, automatic or manual drains, an optional round external gauge, and G or NPT thread options to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulates and holds air pressure to hydraulic/pneumatic clamping fixtures on a transfer machining line, keeping parts secured through supply dips.
Feeds a multi-station assembly bench with screwdrivers, cylinders and grippers, one regulated 1/2 in branch serving the whole module.
Prepares regulated air for vehicle-mounted tipping and tail-lift circuits that must hold position even if the supply line pressure falls.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port serves medium-to-heavy circuits; step to 400/600 or down to 200 as your port and demand require. The 40 um element is the standard grade - choose W for 5 um only where finer filtration matters. The K code fits a reverse (check) valve; leave it off if downstream backflow is not a concern. The differential-pressure drain self-bleeds on a pressure difference; automatic (A) suits unattended wet lines and manual (M) fits dry air with the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa regulation range. The F1 suffix sets the embedded square gauge on MPa scale, with psi or bar available. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are order options and the bracket is included by default. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a number that is not in the datasheet. Share your inlet pressure and demand and we will confirm the correct size and provide the datasheet on request.
K specifies a reverse (check) valve fitted in the unit, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops - useful for clamping, holding and safety circuits. Removing the K gives the standard version; other options include W for a 5 um element, A or M drain types, and G or NPT threads.
