The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15JC1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JC1K is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, with no lubricator. This configuration is a size 300 unit with PT-threaded 1/2 in ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options), the standard 40 um filter element, the standard differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, a reverse/check valve fitted (K), and no mounting bracket (J). The polycarbonate bowl collects water and particulate ahead of the regulated outlet.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. G-series filter regulators are offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauges, brackets and check valves. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions the 1/2 in feed to a robot cell's gripper manifold, where the check valve supports the regulated side against backflow from the actuator circuit.
Supplies the air-over-oil tank circuit on a workshop press with filtered, regulated air, holding set pressure between strokes.
Feeds quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a valve skid, providing clean air at a fixed set pressure with the MPa gauge for local verification.
Size 300 with 1/2 in PT ports fits machine branches that need more capacity than 1/4 in or 3/8 in units; move to 400/600 or down to 200/300 as demand dictates. Element choice is 40 um standard (this unit) or 5 um (W). The K suffix adds a reverse/check valve, useful where you want to limit backflow toward the supply side. With the differential-pressure drain fitted, the regulator adjusts 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); manual-drain variants adjust 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Gauge style and MPa/psi/bar scale, bracket option, drain type and G or NPT thread are all selectable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to verify sizing for your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
No single rated flow figure exists in the catalogue; AirTAC publishes G-series flow as characteristic curves. Tell us your operating pressure and required consumption and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet on request.
K specifies a reverse/check valve fitted, which the same unit without K does not include; choose K where backflow toward the supply side is a concern. Everything else in the code stays as standard: PT1/2 ports, 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, round MPa gauge and no bracket.
