The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15JF1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JF1 is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation in one body, with no lubricator. This configuration takes a 1/2 in PT port at size 300, uses the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and carries the embedded square gauge reading MPa. The J code means no mounting bracket. With this drain type the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the PC bowl is rated for -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) compressed air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT/G/NPT threads and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Tapping a factory ring-main drop to feed a work cell, filtering ring-main condensate and setting a stable, lower working pressure for the cell's valves and cylinders.
Supplying regulated air to a bench press or clamping fixture, where the operator reads the setpoint on the square MPa gauge and the 40 um element protects the valve stack.
Conditioning the air supply to conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging line, holding a consistent setpoint for repeatable stroke timing.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in port suits mid-range plant circuits; move to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the flow your line needs - flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering. This unit uses the default differential-pressure drain with a 0.15-0.9 MPa adjustment band; choose automatic or manual drain variants if you need hands-off drainage or the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa band. The standard 40 um element covers general actuator and valve protection; the 5 um (W) option exists for finer duties. The F1 gauge is the embedded square type reading MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are also available. PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and no bracket is included (J code).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Give us your supply pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet on request.
This unit uses the default differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate as the pressure across the element changes. Automatic drain variants remove condensate without attention, and manual-drain variants are drained by hand - the manual type also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
