The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15JF1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JF1K is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation in one body, with no lubricator. This configuration takes a 1/2 in PT port at size 300, uses the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with a reverse (check) valve that blocks backflow when upstream pressure falls. The J code means no mounting bracket, and the F1 code gives the embedded square gauge reading MPa. With this drain type the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the PC bowl is rated for -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) compressed air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT/G/NPT threads and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulating clamp-cylinder pressure on a milling fixture, where the check valve holds the clamp circuit if the shop air main loses pressure mid-cycle.
Feeding a directional-valve island on an automated assembly station, filtering main-line air and keeping the setpoint steady for consistent actuator speeds.
Supplying regulated air to web-cleaning nozzles on a converting line, with stable pressure for uniform cleaning and check-valved hold-up between supply dips.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in port covers mid-range plant circuits; size up to 400/600 or down to 200 for the flow your circuit needs - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, the right choice where a clamp, chuck or vessel must hold pressure if the supply drops. This unit keeps the default differential-pressure drain with a 0.15-0.9 MPa adjustment band; automatic or manual-drain variants are available. The standard 40 um element protects general actuators and valves; the 5 um (W) option exists for finer duties. The F1 gauge is the embedded square type reading MPa, with psi/bar scales and an external round gauge as alternatives. PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and no bracket is included (J code).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Share your supply pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
F is the embedded square gauge fitted on the unit and 1 is its MPa scale. Square psi (F2) and square bar (F3) versions exist, as does an external round gauge (C) - choose the scale that matches the gauges already on your machine.
