The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15JNK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JNK is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point. This build is the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT (Rc) port, the standard differential-pressure drain and the standard 40 um element, without a gauge (N) and without a mounting bracket (J). The trailing K fits a built-in reverse (check) valve that permits flow in one direction only. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and with the differential-pressure drain the regulator set-point range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, offered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um fine element, gauge or no-gauge builds, with or without the check valve, and G or NPT thread variants to order; the 300 size carries a PC (polycarbonate) bowl and works from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air supply to pneumatic clamps on a stamping press, with the built-in check valve allowing flow in one direction only.
Supplying swing clamps and riser fixtures on an automotive machining transfer line, where the K option's check valve isolates the downstream circuit from backflow.
Providing filtered, regulated air to a pneumatic brake caliper on a converting winder, downstream of the machine's main air preparation.
At 1/2 in on the 300 body, this unit suits branch lines feeding several valve manifolds; step to 400 or 600 for larger ports or down to 200/08 for light branches. The differential-pressure drain is the default, with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains orderable. The trailing K fits a built-in check valve that permits flow in one direction only; drop the K if you do not want it. This build keeps the standard 40 um element, omits the gauge (N) and omits the bracket (J); PT thread is standard with G and NPT as catalogue options to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G-series as pressure-drop curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Give us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
K specifies a built-in reverse (check) valve that permits flow in one direction only; the same model without the K has no check valve. Choose the K version where you want the downstream circuit isolated from backflow, and confirm the rest of the configuration with us when ordering.
