The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MC1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15MC1 is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator in one body: filtration of water and particulate plus downstream pressure regulation. The 300 frame uses PT1/2 ports and the standard 40 um element suits general plant air. The M suffix specifies a manual drain that is emptied by hand, and C1 specifies the round external pressure gauge with an MPa scale; the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air only: maximum working pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), with a polycarbonate (PC) bowl at 300 size. The standard regulator adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on this manual-drain build. AirTAC offers the same function across the 200/300/400/600 frames with 1/8 to 1 in ports, a choice of drains, a 5 um (W) element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and an optional check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating - we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A maintenance-shop drop feeding impact wrenches and air ratchets: the unit filters and regulates the supply, the round MPa gauge shows the set pressure, and the manual drain is emptied at shift end.
Powers pneumatic clamps on a machining fixture: shop air is filtered and brought to the clamp pressure set on the regulator, with the MPa gauge as the visual reference at the set-up station.
A tire-inflation bay in a vehicle service shop: the regulator holds a stable line pressure read on the round MPa gauge, and the manual drain is emptied during daily close-down checks.
Choices to weigh: 300 with PT1/2 is the mid-size step - go 400 or 600 for larger lines. Manual drain (M) widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi) versus 0.15 MPa (20 psi) on automatic and differential-drain builds, but the bowl must be drained by hand. Element grade: 40 um standard, 5 um with W. The C1 round gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales are available under other gauge codes. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not state one here. Tell us your line conditions and required flow, and we will confirm the curve data and full datasheet figures for GFR300C15MC1 on request.
C1 fits the round external pressure gauge with an MPa scale. Leaving the gauge code out gives the embedded square gauge, and N deletes the gauge entirely. Gauge choice does not change the regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on this manual-drain unit.
