The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MC1WK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15MC1WK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, sized 300 with a 1/2 in PT port. This configuration carries a manual drain, a 5 um filter element for finer cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, a round pressure gauge on an MPa scale, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if supply is lost. It runs on compressed air only, from -5 to 70 C, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a regulator setting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on this manual-drain version. The polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size; only the 600 size uses an aluminium bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part sold by a distributor. The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and G (BSPP) or NPT threads are catalogue options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeds the cylinders that fold and press carton flaps, with the check valve holding the set pressure while the supply side is switched.
The 5 um element protects the clamp cylinders and valves from water and fine particles, and the gauge lets the setter read regulated pressure directly.
Cleaner 5 um air and a stable regulated pressure at the gun give a consistent finish, with manual bowl draining at the end of each shift.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port sits mid-range in the G series; step up to 400 or 600 for larger ports, or down to 200 for compact circuits. Manual drain suits attended installations, but it depends on an operator opening the drain, so choose the automatic version for unmanned duty. The 5 um element is the finer grade for sensitive downstream equipment; the standard grade is 40 um. The round MPa gauge is fitted, and PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT available as ordered options. A bracket is included; a J-coded version omits it. Flow appears as curves, not a single rating - send us your demand figures and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so quoting one number would be guesswork. Tell us your required pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 1/2 in port model on request before you order.
Manual drain means an operator opens the drain on the polycarbonate bowl, which is fine for attended machines and shift-based checks. If the unit sits in an unattended line, the automatic-drain option removes that task; the 5 um element, round MPa gauge and check valve stay as specified here.
