The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MF1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15MF1 is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtering and pressure regulation in a single unit, sized 300 with a 1/2 in PT port. This configuration has a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and a square pressure gauge on an MPa scale. It works on compressed air only, from -5 to 70 C, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a regulator setting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on this manual-drain version. The bowl is polycarbonate at the 300 size; only the 600 size carries an aluminium bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part sold by a distributor. The G series covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and G (BSPP) or NPT threads are catalogue options. Flow data is published as curves rather than one rating, so we confirm the figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Water and 40 um-plus particles are stripped out and downstream pressure is set once at the drop, read on the square gauge.
Regulated air drives the gating and stopping actuators between fills, with the manual drain opened during changeover and cleaning.
A single bench-point unit filters the shop air and sets tool pressure at the 1/2 in port, so technicians do not adjust the main regulator.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port is the mid-range step of the G series; move to 400 or 600 for bigger ports or to 200 for smaller circuits. Manual drain keeps the unit simple and low-cost, but someone must open the bowl drain periodically - pick the automatic-drain option for unattended lines. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general cylinder and valve supply; specify the W-coded 5 um grade for finer duties. The square MPa gauge is fitted, and PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT offered as options. A bracket is included; J-coded versions omit it. Flow is published as curves, not a single number - ask us to check sizing against your demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
There is no single rated figure: AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as performance curves. Send us your working pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 1/2 in port model on request before you order.
40 um is the standard grade and is right for general cylinder, valve and tool supply. The W-coded 5 um element is the finer catalogue option for applications such as spray air or sensitive instruments. Both fit this 300-size body, so you can also keep a spare of each grade.
