The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MF1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15MF1K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator - filtration and regulation in one body - sized 300 with a 1/2 in PT port. This configuration adds a K-coded reverse (check) valve, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is vented or switched off. It also carries a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and a square MPa pressure gauge. It runs on compressed air only, from -5 to 70 C, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a regulator setting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on this manual-drain version. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate; only the 600 size uses aluminium.
This is a genuine AirTAC part sold by a distributor. The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and drain types, filter grades, gauge styles, check-valve fitment and G (BSPP) or NPT threads are catalogue options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

The check valve holds the actuator's regulated pressure if plant air is dumped, keeping the gate in position during a supply interruption.
Filtered, regulated air feeds the gripper circuit, and the check valve keeps parts gripped while the cell's air supply is isolated for changeover.
The 40 um element and set regulated pressure protect the clamping cylinder, with the held circuit maintained by the built-in check valve.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port is the middle step of the G series; step to 400 or 600 for larger flow demand or down to 200 for compact circuits. The K-coded check valve is the distinguishing choice here - specify it wherever the circuit must hold its regulated pressure during supply loss, for example on clamping or holding functions. Manual drain suits attended installations; choose the automatic-drain code for unattended lines. The 40 um element is the standard grade, and the square MPa gauge is fitted. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as ordered options, and a bracket is included. Flow appears as curves, not a single number - send us your demand and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Give us your pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 1/2 in port model on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: downstream pressure is held if the supply side is vented or switched off. Everything else is unchanged - manual drain, 40 um standard element, square MPa gauge, 1/2 in PT port. If you do not need pressure holding, order the version without the K.
