The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MF1WK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MF1WK is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is sized 300 with PT1/2 ports, uses a 5 um filter element for finer air than the standard 40 um grade, drains the bowl by hand through the manual drain, and carries an embedded square gauge with an MPa scale so you can read the regulated setting at a glance. The fitted reverse (check) valve helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream side is vented. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); regulation range with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., and options include differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, a bracket and the reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the air to power clamps and fixtures on a machining centre. The 5 um element protects clamp valves, the MPa gauge lets setters verify clamp pressure, and the reverse valve helps the circuit hold while upstream air is isolated.
Supplies regulated air to spray guns in a wood-finishing line. The 5 um element reduces carry-over of water and particulate to the gun, and the manual drain is emptied at shift checks in a booth that is visited constantly.
Feeds gripper and ejector circuits on a carton packaging machine, where the check valve keeps downstream actuators from venting the moment the upstream header is dumped for maintenance.
Choose manual drain where moisture loading is light or the unit is easily reached for routine draining; pick the automatic drain instead if the line runs unattended. The 5 um element suits points of use feeding cylinders, valves or devices that want cleaner air than the standard 40 um grade. The square MPa gauge suits metric-read plants; psi and bar scales are orderable. PT is the standard thread - order G (BSPP) or NPT variants when your piping needs them - and the bracket can be added for panel mounting. The 300 size with 1/2 in. ports is one step in the range; if your flow demand is near the top of this size, step up to 400/600. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for your application on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream side is vented - useful for clamps or circuits that must not release. The M means the drain is manual: condensate is drained by hand, which suits attended lines, while regulation with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
