The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MJC1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJC1 is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator that filters water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. Sized 300 with PT1/2 ports, it uses the standard 40 um filter element, drains by hand via the manual drain, and is ordered without a bracket (J). An external round gauge with an MPa scale is included for reading the set pressure. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); regulation range with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., and options include drain type, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, bracket and reverse-valve variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet details for your line on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Sits at the wall drop feeding impact wrenches and air ratchets, turning shop header pressure down to a safe tool setting read on the MPa gauge, with the manual drain bled during bay clean-down.
Regulates air to the gate and diverter cylinders that steer bottles between conveyor lanes, with the round gauge giving line technicians a visible reference setting.
Used as the filtered, regulated take-off point from a workshop ring main, supplying bench fittings and small pneumatic devices at a stable, dial-readable pressure.
Manual drain suits attended installations where an operator can bleed the bowl during rounds; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain versions for unattended drops. The standard 40 um element is the right general-purpose grade ahead of everyday cylinders and valves; specify 5 um where the point of use is finer. The round MPa gauge is a familiar plant-standard readout, and psi or bar scales are orderable. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and the no-bracket (J) build is for in-line mounting where you add your own support. If flow demand approaches what the 300 size handles, move up to 400 or 600 - we will confirm the curve-based flow figures on request before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so quoting one figure would be misleading. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves on request.
M sets a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by hand and the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). J means the mounting bracket is omitted. C1 means an external round gauge with an MPa scale is included. No W in the code means the standard 40 um filter element is fitted.
