The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MJC1K is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJC1K is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator with a reverse (check) valve fitted. It filters water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body, and the K option helps hold downstream pressure when the upstream side is shut off or vented. Sized 300 with PT1/2 ports, it carries the standard 40 um element, a manual drain and an external round gauge with an MPa scale, and is built without a bracket (J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); regulation range with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., and options include drain type, 40 um or 5 um elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, brackets and the reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your circuit on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the work cylinder of a small pneumatic press. The reverse valve helps the downstream circuit keep its pressure if the upstream header is dumped, so the stroke setting is not lost mid-job.
Supplies regulated air to the clamps of a robot welding fixture; the check valve backs up the circuit between the regulator and the clamps so a planned upstream shutdown does not vent the fixture.
Regulates supply to a pneumatic lift-assist balancer at an assembly station, with the MPa gauge letting maintenance verify the set pressure and the manual drain emptied during line rounds.
Specify the K (reverse valve) build when the downstream circuit must keep its pressure while the upstream header is isolated - clamping, holding and safety-adjacent functions are typical reasons. Manual drain keeps servicing simple on attended lines, and the standard 40 um element is right for general cylinders and valves; move to the 5 um W variant where the point of use is finer. The external round MPa gauge is easy for operators to read, with psi or bar scales orderable. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT variants are catalogue options. If your flow sits near the limit of the 300 size, step to 400 or 600 - ask us to confirm curve-based flow against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes this series' flow as curves, so there is no single rated figure to quote. Share your inlet pressure, set pressure and consumption and we will read the flow off the datasheet curves and confirm it for your application on request.
Only the K: this unit has a reverse (check) valve fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream side is vented. Everything else matches - PT1/2 ports, manual drain, standard 40 um element, no bracket, round MPa gauge, 1.0 MPa (145 psi) max inlet, and 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation with the manual drain.
