The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MNW is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C15MNW is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This PT1/2 size-300 unit carries the 5 um element (the W suffix) for finer particulate removal than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a mounting bracket as standard, and no pressure gauge. It suits circuits with finer downstream valves where a separate lubricator is not wanted.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, filter grades of 40 um standard or 5 um optional, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, and optional G (BSPP) or NPT thread. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulated, finely filtered air to spray guns and air-assist lines in a finishing booth, where coarse plant-air particles are not welcome at the gun.
Supply to positioners, transmitters and pilot valves on machine panels, where the 5 um element protects smaller orifices and the regulator sets a stable pressure.
Conditioning air at web-handling or blowing stations on converting lines, where cleaner air and a held set pressure are wanted at the point of use.
Decodable choices on this unit: size 300 with a PT1/2 port; the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard; manual drain, which sets the regulator adjust range at 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); no gauge (an embedded square or external round gauge can be ordered); and bracket included. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. If your application needs more port or flow headroom, step up to size 400 or 600 - published flow is given as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote one here. Send your operating pressure and demand and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this model on request.
Choose 5 um (the W suffix on this unit) for circuits with fine control valves, instrumentation or spray equipment; keep 40 um for general plant air. The same body is available in both grades, so you can match the element to the application.
