The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15MNWK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MNWK is an AirTAC filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation combined in one body with a drain bowl, and no lubricator stage. This configuration is the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT port, a manual drain, a fine 5 um filter element and a built-in check valve that blocks reverse flow through the unit. It is supplied without a pressure gauge. The regulated output is adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with compressed air as the only medium.
It is a genuine AirTAC part rated for -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC); aluminium alloy bowls are used on the 600 frame. A mounting bracket is included. AirTAC offers this G-series family in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge options, reverse valves and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as catalogue choices. Flow figures are published as curves, so we confirm them and the full datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies 5 um filtered air at a set pressure to clamp cylinders and fixture valves on a machining centre, while the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow back through the unit and the manual drain is emptied at shift start.
A 1/2 in PT drop above an assembly bench feeding nutrunners, impact drivers and small air cylinders, with the 5 um element helping keep scale and pipe debris out of the tool motors.
Conditions the pilot air feeding solenoid valves and positioners on actuated ball or butterfly valves, where clean, regulated air and a check valve against reverse flow are wanted.
Step through the 200/300/400/600 frames to match your port size and air demand; this 300 unit carries a 1/2 in PT port. The manual drain suits installations where the bowl is emptied as part of a routine, and it widens the regulating range to start at 0.05 MPa. Choose the 5 um element over the standard 40 um when downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection. The trailing N means no gauge is fitted; an external round gauge is available as an option. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT offered in the catalogue. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as performance curves, not as one rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand instead of by the differential-pressure action of the standard version. On this series the manual-drain version also carries the wider regulating range, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), compared with 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for the differential-pressure drain default.
