The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C15NWK is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines a filter and a pressure regulator in one body: air is cleaned and condensed water drained at the filter stage, then reduced to your working pressure downstream. This GFR300C15NWK is the 300 size with 1/2 in PT ports, the finer 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a built-in reverse (check) valve that helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted. No pressure gauge is fitted in this configuration.
It is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air, rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet with a regulator setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), operating at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300 size carries a PC (polycarbonate) bowl and a mounting bracket; PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT versions, other sizes (200/400/600) and alternative drains available as catalogue options. Flow for the G series is published as curves rather than a single rating - ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 1/2 in regulated feed for pick-and-place grippers and clamp cylinders on a bottling conveyor; the 5 um element protects the sealing valves and the check valve holds gripper position through brief pressure dips.
Point-of-use regulation for quarter-turn butterfly and knife-gate valve actuators on a filtration skid, keeping actuator pressure stable regardless of header swings.
Filtered, regulated air for pneumatic clamp cylinders at a stamping press, where the built-in check valve keeps clamps engaged if the main supply drops.
Work from the port and the flow curve: this is the 300 body with 1/2 in PT ports, so it suits circuits already plumbed at 1/2 in - step to the 400 or 600 bodies where the curve demands more. Drain choice matters day to day: the differential-pressure drain here bleeds the bowl as the element loads, while the A (automatic) or M (manual) codes suit unattended or supervised cells. The W grade gives the finer 5 um filtration; the standard grade is 40 um. A gauge is not fitted - round or square external gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified if you want a visible setting. PT is standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are options. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as characteristic curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not quote a single number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The NWK configuration is simply supplied without a gauge. If you want local indication, round or square external gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified on the same body - tell us which scale you read and we will confirm the matching variant and its datasheet.
