The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C06LF2W Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06LF2W is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point in a single body. This size 200 unit is built for 1/8 in PT ports, carries the 5 um filter element (code W), drains its bowl by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure type for circuits that run below standard shop-air set points. A square gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge or no-gauge builds. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding small air cylinders and gripper circuits on a PCB handling or connector-assembly bench, where the 5 um element protects fine components and the low-pressure type suits gentle clamp circuits.
Supplying instruments, fixtures or sample holders on a lab test rig that runs at reduced pressure, with the fitted square psi gauge giving a direct readout in the unit used on the bench.
Regulating air to small sealing or labelling heads on a packaging conveyor, where the 1/8 in PT port suits compact valve and cylinder circuits and the differential-pressure drain keeps the bowl clear during runs.
Start with the port and size: this is the size 200 frame with a 1/8 in PT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, so match it to your line size and expected demand before moving up to 300, 400 or 600. Choose the filter grade deliberately: 40 um is the standard element, and the W code on this model specifies the finer 5 um element for better protection of downstream tools and instruments. The differential-pressure drain (the default) flushes the bowl as pressure drops across the element; automatic (A) and manual (M) drain versions exist in the same frame if you prefer hands-off or scheduled draining. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard; G or NPT to order) and bracket options complete the decode.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure targets and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm against the datasheet that the size 200 unit at 1/8 in PT is correctly sized before you order.
W is the filter-grade code: the standard GFR element is 40 um, and W specifies the finer 5 um element for better protection of sensitive downstream equipment. Drain type, gauge scale and thread can also be chosen within the same size 200 frame.
