The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C06MJC2W Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MJC2W is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit is threaded PT1/8 (1/8 in PT; G and NPT are order options), carries the fine 5 um filter element (40 um is the family standard), has a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, the unit accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the point of use on a CNC machining centre to filter and regulate the air feeding clamping fixtures and blow-off nozzles, with the 5 um element suiting fine-seal pneumatic components.
Regulating and cleaning the supply to the cylinder-driven tuckers and pushers on a carton-sealing machine, with the round psi gauge giving operators a readable setpoint at the machine.
Supplying a laboratory pneumatic test bench where the 5 um grade and a psi-reading gauge provide clean, readable regulated air for instrument and fixture testing.
Size and port step up with air demand: 200 with a 1/8 in PT port is the compact end of the GFR range, so match the size to the circuit before ordering. This unit has the 5 um element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain (condensate is released by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available elsewhere in the family), and a round gauge reading in psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and brackets are optional. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand via the drain fitting. If you want the bowl emptied without attention, the GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain versions - ask us for those codes.
