The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C06MJC3WTK Filter Regulator 1/8 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MJC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation in a single body. This 200-size configuration is threaded 1/8 in NPT, uses the 5 um filter element, and drains manually, so the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. Downstream pressure is set anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range and read on the fitted external round gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse (check) valve is built in. Inlet is rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with a -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operating range, and the 200-size bowl is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge and scale choices, and an optional mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a lab analyzer or chromatograph cabinet: 5 um filtration ahead of sensitive components, a stable regulated supply read on the bar gauge, and the check valve holding the circuit through upstream pressure dips.
Filtered, regulated air for the small cylinders and grippers on an electronics assembly bench. The 1/8 in NPT port suits compact manifold plumbing, and the manual drain fits a bench where an operator is present each shift.
Clean, regulated pilot air for the solenoid valves on a packaging machine's control panel. The 5 um element protects valve spools, and the round bar gauge gives the maintenance team a direct pressure reference at the panel.
Every choice in this code is a real selection decision. Step up through the 200, 300, 400 or 600 sizes (larger port, more flow) until the performance curve covers your demand. Pick the drain: manual (this unit) where someone is on site to empty the bowl, or automatic or differential-pressure drain where the unit is hard to reach. Choose 40 um for general air or 5 um (this unit, code W) for finer protection of downstream equipment. Select the gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar (bar on this unit) - and the thread: PT is the standard, with G and NPT as order options (NPT here). Brackets are optional on GFR; this code is ordered without one. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as performance curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your flow and working pressure and we will confirm the curve data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The bowl collects water and the manual drain means it is emptied by hand: open the drain valve periodically as part of routine maintenance. If the unit will be hard to reach, the GFR family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains. Note that the manual-drain version carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
