The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C08LF2WG Filter Regulator G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 series is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal and pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one unit conditions the air and sets the working pressure at the machine drop. This GFR200C08LF2WG is the size 200 unit with a G1/4 (1/4 in) G-thread port, the W-code 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type and a factory-fitted square gauge scaled in psi. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a 40 um or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual draining, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your line conditions and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop feeding a packaging machine's valve island: the 5 um element strips water and fine particles before they reach the valves, while the low-pressure regulator holds the circuit at the reduced set pressure the machine was built for.
Mounted on the bracket beside a CNC fixture line, the unit filters the shop air and regulates a gentle, low clamping pressure for delicate workpieces, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct read of the set point.
On a test bench or laboratory air supply, the low-pressure type suits circuits that must run well below normal shop pressure; the 5 um grade protects sensitive instrumentation downstream and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the rig.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200 is the compact frame; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the line needs a larger port and more flow, and let us check the flow curve against your demand before you order. This unit already carries the 5 um (W) element - choose 40 um instead if coarse protection is enough - and the differential-pressure drain, which handles condensate as the pressure differential builds; automatic and manual drains are order options. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in psi; round gauges and MPa or bar scales can be ordered. Thread is G here, with PT as the standard and NPT available to order, and a mounting bracket is included. Because the regulator is the low-pressure type, tell us the set pressure your circuit needs and we will confirm the range from the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
W is the filter-grade code: this unit carries the optional 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves, cylinders and instruments. Draining is the differential-pressure type and the square gauge is scaled in psi.
