The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C08MF3WTK Filter Regulator 1/4 NPT 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: a 5 um filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body. This 200-size unit is threaded 1/4 in NPT, takes up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet pressure, and regulates downstream pressure from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The manual drain lets you bleed accumulated water from the metal bowl by hand, the fitted square gauge reads outlet pressure in bar, and the built-in check valve (code K) helps retain downstream pressure when the upstream supply is shut off. A mounting bracket is included. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT optional) and bracket. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for clamping cylinders on a press line: the 5 um element keeps water and swarf out of the directional valves, the regulator holds the set clamping pressure, and the check valve helps hold it if upstream supply drops.
Feeding pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the manual drain bled at shift start and the square bar gauge giving operators a visible outlet setpoint at the machine.
Air preparation for tool-change and chip-clearing circuits on a machining centre, where the 5 um grade protects solenoid valves and the regulator sets actuator pressure from a 1/4 in drop.
Choose the size by port and required flow: 200 is the compact step with a 1/4 in port here, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity. This unit carries the 5 um element (code W) instead of the standard 40 um - pick 5 um where downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection. Drain is manual on this model, so plan a routine bleed; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you would rather not. The square gauge is supplied reading in bar, with MPa and psi scales as alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your pressure and flow requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 1/4 in, 5 um unit before you order.
Manual drain (code M) means you bleed collected water from the metal bowl by hand, which suits equipment with a regular maintenance routine. The GFR family is also offered with automatic or differential-pressure drains if you prefer unattended moisture removal.
