The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25C2GK Filter Regulator, G1 (1 in) Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This GFR600C25C2GK is built for a 1 in line with G (BSPP) threads, uses the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and carries a round psi gauge. It also includes a reverse/check valve (code K) and a mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is rated for 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet with a -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operating range.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and pressure setting on the air drop feeding spray guns at an automotive paint booth, so the guns see cleaned air held at the pressure the process calls for.

Pick the size by the port and the flow your line needs: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in G-thread port, the largest step in the range (200/300/400/600). The drain here is differential-pressure, the standard choice; automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are catalogue alternatives if you want hands-off or on-demand draining - note that differential and automatic drains give a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range while manual drain widens it to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade. The round psi gauge is fitted on this code; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other options. G and NPT threads are order options alongside the PT standard, and the bracket is included. Because rated flow is published only as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curves for this 1 in unit on request.
This code uses the differential-pressure drain, the default option on GFR. Automatic (code A) drains condensate without attention and manual (code M) lets you drain on demand; all three are catalogue choices. The drain also affects the setting range: differential and automatic drains give 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), while a manual drain widens it to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
