The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25LF2WT Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LF2WT is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit is built around a 1 in NPT port for high-flow supply lines, carries the 5 um filter element (code W), and uses a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate away as the pressure drop across the element rises. The bowl on the 600 size is aluminium alloy, regulation is the low-pressure type, and an embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted so setpoints can be read directly at the unit.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain choices, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a large branch drop serving impact tools, clamps and actuated fixtures on an assembly line, cleaning the supply and holding a set downstream pressure for the station.
Conditions and regulates the air feeding stopper gates, pusher cylinders and diverters along a bottling conveyor, with the 5 um element guarding the small control valves.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to large quarter-turn pneumatic valve actuators on a treatment plant header, where the 1 in port matches the actuator supply line.
Start with size and port: the 200 to 600 steps raise the port from 1/8 in to 1 in, and this 600 size with a 1 in NPT connection suits branch lines and large air drops where demand is highest. Next pick the filter grade: 40 um is the standard element, while this unit carries the 5 um W grade for finer protection of downstream valves, cylinders and instruments. Drain choices are differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic or manual. Gauge options are the embedded square body or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration has the square gauge reading psi. Thread is NPT on this unit, with PT as the standard and G available to order, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The adjustment range of the low-pressure regulator type is not published in our data - we will confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow data as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
W marks the 5 um filter element. The GFR standard element is 40 um; the 5 um grade on this unit gives finer filtration for downstream valves, cylinders and instruments, at the cost of a higher pressure drop across the element.
