The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25LJC2GK Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LJC2GK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a G1 (1 in) port. This configuration carries the standard 40 um filter element, the differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type (code L), a reverse/check valve (code K) and an external round gauge reading in psi. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). No mounting bracket is included with the J code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GFR600 is the largest size in the GFR range, which also spans the 200, 300 and 400 sizes with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options. Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm flow and any other datasheet figure on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted on the 1 in branch line feeding a bottling hall, the unit strips water and pipe scale from the compressed air and regulates a steady low-pressure supply downstream to the valve islands and actuators.
On a packaging conveyor line, the filter regulator conditions the air feeding gate and drive cylinders; the round psi gauge lets line technicians read and verify the set pressure at the drop.
The low-pressure regulator type suits a leak or function test bench running circuits well below standard shop pressure; the fitted check valve covers setups where backflow into the regulator is a concern.
Choose the size and port against the air your line actually uses: 600 is the largest GFR size and this unit takes a G1 (1 in) port with G (BSPP) thread - PT is the series standard and NPT is also available. Decide the drain: this unit has the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist. The filter grade here is the standard 40 um element; a 5 um element is the W option. The gauge fitted is the external round type reading psi; the embedded square gauge is the series standard, with MPa, psi or bar scales. The L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published in our data, so ask us to confirm it. J means no mounting bracket; bracketed versions are available.
Flow for the GFR600 is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us the air demand of your application and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet on request before you order.
G is the BSPP parallel thread option, fitted here on the G1 (1 in) port. PT is the standard thread across the GFR series and NPT is also offered, so state PT, G or NPT when ordering. Thread choice is a specification you select at order time.
