The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25MF2WG Filter Regulator, G1 (1 in) Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2WG is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This size-600 unit carries a G1 (1 in) port with G (BSPP) thread, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain for the bowl, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. An external round gauge is available as an option. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No reverse/check valve is fitted on this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 1 in distribution leg feeding a bottling hall, it strips water and fine particulate from the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the downstream drop lines.
Mounted ahead of a pneumatic stamping press, it cleans the shop air to 5 um and lets the setter dial in the working pressure the press cylinders need, read directly on the psi gauge.
Fitted on the supply line to conveyor diverters and packaging actuators, it removes condensate and grit that would score seals and keeps line pressure stable through the shift.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the line: this is the largest GFR frame (size 600, G1 / 1 in port), intended where smaller 200-400 bodies would be undersized. This configuration already specifies the finer 5 um element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain instead of automatic or differential-pressure, a square gauge on the psi scale, G (BSPP) thread instead of the PT standard (NPT is also an order option), and an included bracket. Regulation spans 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with this manual-drain version. Because flow for the G-series is published only as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 1 in unit on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by hand. The GFR series is also available with an automatic drain or the differential-pressure drain (the default), and the regulation range differs by drain type: manual-drain versions adjust from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This unit also carries the 5 um element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard.
