The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3WT Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built for a 1 in NPT port, carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains by hand through its manual drain, and is supplied with a round pressure gauge scaled in bar. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in main drop feeding a bottling hall, the unit strips water and fine particulate from the plant air supply and sets a stable working pressure for the downstream distribution ring, with the bar-scaled gauge giving operators a local pressure reference.
Mounted ahead of the clamping circuit on a CNC machining cell, the regulator holds the clamp actuators at the set pressure while the 5 um element protects the clamping valves from fine contamination in the shop air.
Placed at the head of a packaging conveyor line, the unit conditions the air feeding diverter and stopper cylinders across the line, keeping condensed water and particles out of the directional valves that index the conveyor product flow.
Size and port are the first decision: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your required flow and pipe size grow, and match the port to your piping - here that is 1 in with NPT thread (PT is the catalogue standard; G and NPT are ordered as options). Next choose the drain: differential-pressure (default) drains automatically as flow passes, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual - as on this unit - drains only when someone opens it, which suits installations checked on a routine round. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed; this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauge style and scale are decodable too: the embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, and scales are MPa, psi or bar - this code specifies the round gauge in bar. A bracket can be included or omitted (J = no bracket), and K adds a reverse/check valve. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 1 in size-600 unit on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits installations visited on a routine maintenance round. The GFR family also offers differential-pressure drain (the default) and automatic drain (code A); with the manual drain on this unit the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
