The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3WTK Filter Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3WTK is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration has 1 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (the 40 um standard element is also available in the series), a manual drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the shop-air main feeding a CNC machining cell, delivering clean, set-pressure air to clamps, tool-change cylinders and air blast nozzles.
Condition the supply branch that runs grippers, pusher cylinders and stopper gates along a bottling conveyor, keeping water and scale out of the valves.
Supply a laboratory or QC test bench where the operator sets a stable, repeatable test pressure and the 5 um element protects sensitive instruments.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 600 with 1 in NPT ports, the largest step in the series (200, 300, 400, 600), so match the port step against the air demand of the line it feeds. Drain choice matters: manual (as here) needs periodic draining by hand, automatic drains without attention, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 5 um here versus the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream equipment needs finer air. The gauge is round with a bar scale; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No bracket is fitted; brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no honest one-number rating we can quote. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This unit has a manual drain, so someone must open the drain periodically to empty collected water. If the unit sits in an unmanned or hard-to-reach spot, choose the automatic drain; the series default is differential-pressure draining, which discharges on a pressure drop. All three options are orderable in the same size.
