The AirTAC Airtac GL Lubricator GL200C06 is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with See datasheet ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The GL200C06 is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator: its only job is to add a controlled oil mist to the compressed air line so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools stay lubricated. It does not filter the air and it does not regulate pressure. This size 200 unit has a PT 1/8 in port and comes with a mounting bracket. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Medium: compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, sold by an authorised distributor. The G-series lubricator range runs from size 200 up to 600, with larger port sizes and increasing flow as the size number rises, and a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread on request. Published flow figures are given as curves rather than a single rated number, so we confirm the exact datasheet and flow data for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL200 | G-series air lubricator, 200 body — sets the port range. |

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |

The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed in the drop line ahead of an air impact wrench or ratchet, the GL200C06 meters oil mist into the 1/8 in supply so the tool's internal vanes and bearings stay lubricated through a full shift.
Mounted on the supply line feeding the pusher and clamp cylinders of a carton-sealing conveyor, it keeps moving seals and valve spools oiled, extending service intervals on a compact 1/8 in drop.
Fitted at the point of use on a workbench air drop feeding die grinders and needle scalers, it delivers a fine oil mist to the tools while the bracket holds the unit steady on the fixture panel.
Pick the size step by the port and flow your line needs: GL200 is the compact entry size (here PT 1/8 in), with GL300, GL400 and GL600 stepping up to larger ports and higher flow. If you want the unit to hang from the air-preparation assembly rather than sit inline, note that the J version (for example GL200C06J) is supplied without a mounting bracket; this standard version includes one. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GL series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your line pressure and the tool or cylinder flow you need to serve, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
Functionally they are the same size 200 lubricator with a PT 1/8 in port. The J suffix means the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket, while the standard GL200C06 includes one. Choose the J version only if you are panel-mounting or already have a bracket.
