The AirTAC Airtac GL Lubricator GL200C08 is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with See datasheet ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The GL200C08 is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator: its only job is to add a controlled oil mist to the compressed air line so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools stay lubricated. It does not filter the air and it does not regulate pressure. This size 200 unit has a PT 1/4 in port and comes with a mounting bracket. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Medium: compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, sold by an authorised distributor. The G-series lubricator range runs from size 200 up to 600, with larger port sizes and increasing flow as the size number rises, and a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread on request. Published flow figures are given as curves rather than a single rated number, so we confirm the exact datasheet and flow data for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL200 | G-series air lubricator, 200 body — sets the port range. |

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 1/4 in service drops of a commercial vehicle workshop, the GL200C08 oils the air impact wrenches, ratchets and blowguns used daily on truck and trailer repair.
Mounted in the air supply feeding the gate and stopper cylinders of a bottling conveyor, it meters lubricant mist to the actuators and directional valves that cycle continuously during production.
Fitted on the 1/4 in manifold feeding assorted hand tools in a maintenance cell, the PC-bowl lubricator keeps grinders, drills and chisels oiled without touching the pressure setting of the line.
Pick the size step by the port and flow your line needs: GL200 is the compact entry size, and this C08 version carries a PT 1/4 in port - one step up from the C06 - for heavier point-of-use demand. GL300, GL400 and GL600 continue the step up in port and flow. If you need the unit supported by your own fixture, the J version (for example GL200C08J) omits the mounting bracket; this standard version includes one. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
There is no single rated flow we can quote: AirTAC publishes GL-series flow as performance curves. To size it correctly, tell us your line pressure and the combined demand of the tools or cylinders downstream, and we will confirm the figure from the datasheet on request before you order.
Both are size 200 lubricators with identical oil-mist function; the difference is the port - 1/4 in on the C08 versus 1/8 in on the C06. Match the port to your existing pipework and the demand of the tools being fed, and ask us to confirm flow from the datasheet if you are between sizes.
