The AirTAC Airtac GL Lubricator GL300C15 is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with See datasheet ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The AirTAC GL series is a dedicated air lubricator: it adds a fine oil mist to a compressed-air line and nothing else - there is no filtration and no pressure regulation in this unit. GL300C15 is the size 300 body with a PT1/2 port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue thread options). The PC (polycarbonate) bowl holds the oil, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. This version is supplied with the mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part distributed for the US market. The GL series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, each in a range of port sizes, with or without the mounting bracket, and in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread. Lubricator flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding oil mist to the air counterbalance and clamping circuits of a mechanical stamping press on a metal fabrication line.
Mounted in the 1/2 inch branch feeding divert and pusher cylinders on a conveyor line in a packaging hall, keeping the actuator seals lubricated.
Oiling pneumatic pavement breakers and rock drills on a civil engineering site, fed from the site compressor main through a 1/2 inch line.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match the port and flow path you need; size 300 here carries a 1/2 inch port, one step up from the 3/8 inch version in the same body size. Thread: PT is the standard for this code - order the G (BSPP) or NPT variant if your pipework requires it. The mounting bracket is included on GL300C15; choose the J version if you do not want it. Because lubricator flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air consumption before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no single number to quote. Give us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the datasheet curve and the right size on request before you order.
Match the port to your pipework: GL300C15 has the 1/2 inch PT port, while GL300C10 has 3/8 inch in the same size 300 body. Choose by the pipe and fittings already in the circuit, and remember G (BSPP) and NPT threads are catalogue options if PT does not suit your installation.
