The AirTAC Airtac GL Lubricator GL400C15J is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with See datasheet ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The AirTAC GL400C15J is a G-series air lubricator for compressed air: it meters a fine oil mist into the line so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools stay lubricated. It performs no filtration and no pressure regulation - lubrication is its only job. This unit is size 400 with PT1/2 ports, polycarbonate bowl, supplied without a mounting bracket (J suffix). Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series lubricator range steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket can be ordered with the unit or omitted with a J suffix. AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL400 | G-series air lubricator, 400 body — sets the port range. |

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Keeps impact wrenches, ratchets and air hammers at the tool board fed with lubricated air, metering oil into the half-inch drop lines so shop pneumatic tools run oiled all shift.
Mounted ahead of the valve bank on a carton-forming conveyor, it puts a controlled oil mist into the air feeding the pusher and clamp cylinders so their seals run on lubricated air.
Installed on the air line to a pneumatic agitator motor at a paint-mixing station, it oils the vane motor during batch mixing without touching pressure or filtration upstream or downstream.
Size 400 with PT1/2 ports suits half-inch drop lines; the larger 600 bodies move up to 3/4 in and 1 in ports when the circuit carries more air. This code carries the J suffix, so the mounting bracket is not supplied - order the plain code if you want the bracket included. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as options. AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves, not one rated number, so share your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes lubricator performance as flow curves across pressure and port size rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet on request.
The J suffix means the mounting bracket is not supplied; the plain code comes with a bracket for wall or frame mounting. If you are bolting the lubricator directly onto a manifold or an existing supply plate, the J version avoids an unused bracket.
