The MAJ16X40-30S is a double-acting round-body mini cylinder with a 16 mm bore and a 40 mm stroke, and its external stop screw lets you trim the extend stroke by up to 30 mm on site. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 100.5 N and pulls 86.4 N; plan on roughly 60 N of real work to keep a dependable margin. Porting is M5x0.8 and the rod is 6 mm hard-chrome steel.
Its riveted stainless barrel and aluminium covers shrug off splash and humidity far better than painted minis, and the fixed anti-impact pad softens stroke-end knock (it is a decelerator, not an adjustable cushion).
