Small, round and stainless, the MAJ16X50-30S is a double-acting mini cylinder whose extend stroke can be trimmed by up to 30 mm on site with an external stop screw. Running on filtered air at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), it pushes 100.5 N at 0.5 MPa - so size real work around 60 N, and it will lift about 5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Speed range is 30-800 mm/s.
The rolling-packed body pairs a stainless barrel with a hard-chrome plated rod (20 um), so mild corrosion and washdown splash are far less of a threat than on painted-steel minis. A fixed anti-impact pad softens stroke-end contact; it decelerates but is not an adjustable cushion - that is the MAC family. The built-in magnet is standard, letting CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches mount without a special piston.
