Below 200 N at 0.5 MPa the 20 mm bore and its 157.0 N push may suffice; for over 400 N move to the 32 mm bore and its 402.2 N. At 350 mm travel, side loads become the enemy of a 10 mm rod: guide the load externally and use the FA flange or LB foot plus an I or Y knuckle to keep bending out of the rod.
