With the -50 window, the extend stroke of the MAJ25X350-50S can be dialled anywhere from 300 to 350 mm by turning an external stop screw - handy when fixture depth changes between batches. Double-acting air gives this bore 25 cylinder 245.3 N push and 206.1 N pull at 0.5 MPa.
The riveted stainless round barrel and 20 um hard-chrome rod cope with damp workshops where painted aluminium minis corrode, and the fixed anti-impact pad softens end-of-stroke shock (deceleration only - tunable air cushioning lives in the MACJ family). For lighter duties a 20 mm bore (157 N push at 0.5 MPa) suffices; for heavier clamp loads move to 32 mm at 402.2 N. Remember the adjuster shortens the extend stroke only - it cannot push travel past 350 mm and it does not hold a load if air pressure drops. FA flange or LB foot mounting, with I / Y rod knuckles for rod-end linkages; there is no SDB double-rod option on adjustable builds.
