A 32 mm bore mini cylinder with a trimming stop, the MAJ32X300-75S runs double-acting and lets you shorten the extend stroke anywhere in a 75 mm window using an external stop screw. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 402.2 N and pulls 345.6 N; at 0.7 MPa push rises to 563.0 N. Plan real work around 241 N at 0.5 MPa, about 60 percent of the rating, so the cylinder never sits at its ceiling.
The round barrel is stainless steel rolled onto aluminium covers with a 12 mm hard-chrome plated rod, so mild washdown and humid plants suit it well. Every MAJ ships with a built-in magnet for CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches, and a fixed anti-impact pad softens each stroke end - it decelerates only, and is not an adjustable air cushion like the MAC family.
