A 32 mm MAJ gives 402.2 N at 0.5 MPa - fine for lighter gates, but this bore 40 unit keeps 628.3 N in hand over the full 200 mm. The stop screw is an extend-side mechanical stop, never a mid-stroke lock; if air fails the rod drifts, so interpose a check or locking valve for held positions.
