Trim up to 50 mm off the extend stroke with a screwdriver: the MAJ40X80-50S uses an external stop so one stock cylinder fits several tooling positions. At 0.5 MPa it delivers 628.3 N of push (879.6 N at 0.7 MPa), a force class suited to pressing, clamping and eject duties.
Round-body construction keeps the package slim: a stainless-steel barrel rolled together with aluminium covers, a carbon-steel rod hard-chromed to 20 um, and fixed anti-impact pads that decelerate the piston at each end - cushion adjustment lives in the MACJ family, not here. With the magnet fitted as standard, position feedback through CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches needs no special-order piston. Plan real work at about 377 N, sixty percent of the 0.5 MPa push figure.
