The AirTAC MGD32X25S is a double acting, double-rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 32 mm bore and a short 25 mm stroke. A 12 mm rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread at each end, so both rod ends travel together and the output force is equal in extend and retract: about 345.6 N each way at 0.5 MPa and 483.8 N at 0.7 MPa. Because both sides of the piston see the rod-side area, there is no separate push and pull figure to juggle when sizing the circuit.
The through-rod resists rotation and side load, keeps stroke-end position repeatable, and leaves the rear rod end free to carry a stop or switch flag or to drive a second load. If you need bore 50 or 63, or an adjustable variable cushion instead of the fixed bumper pad, move to the MGCD; for a single-rod cylinder, the MG is the equivalent.
