About the Airtac TACE Guided Compact Cylinder TACE20X35
The TACE20X35 is a double acting, non-rotating compact cylinder built to ISO 21287: a 20 mm bore and 35 mm stroke on a hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chromed rod. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157.1 N and pulls 117.8 N, and the short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder.
Air supply is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) filtered to 40 um, speed 30-500 mm/s, temperature -20 to +70 C, with a fixed TPU bumper at both ends.
