A double acting, non-rotating compact cylinder to ISO 21287, the TACE50X15 pairs a 50 mm bore with a short 15 mm stroke in a hard-anodized aluminium body that saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 981.7 N and pulls 881.2 N; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 1374.4 N and 1233.7 N, with a theoretical maximum of 200.2 kgf at 1.0 MPa.
Plan real work around roughly 589 N of push at 0.5 MPa, which is about 100 kg of raw lift - halve that and the rod lifts about 50 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The 16 mm S45C rod carries an M10x1.5 female thread and the air port is 1/8" PT.
