Double acting and double rod, the TACED16X35 pushes with the same 75.4 N at 0.5 MPa (105.6 N at 0.7 MPa) in both directions because a rod exits both covers and each side works on the rod-side area. The 16 mm bore drives an 8 mm rod through a 35 mm stroke at 30-500 mm/s, with a fixed TPU bumper at each end to absorb end-of-stroke shock. Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a small gripper or plate stays square without an external guide.
The body is an ISO 21287 compact build in hard-anodized aluminium, roughly 50% shorter in mounting length than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which makes it easy to tuck into tight fixtures and guarding. The piston seal stores grease for long service, and the S45C hard-chrome rod resists wear. Air supply is filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), proof pressure 1.5 MPa (215 psi), temperature -20 to +70 C.
