About the Airtac TACED Guided Compact Cylinder TACED32X70S
A double acting compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, the TACED32X70S pushes a 12 mm rod out of BOTH covers, so the 32 mm bore delivers an identical 345.6 N at 0.5 MPa in each direction (483.8 N at 0.7 MPa). Twin guide rods on the yoke keep the tooling square and carry side load, so a gripper or press plate stays aligned without an external guide. The -S code means the magnet is fitted, and CMSE / DMSE reed or solid-state switches can be clipped onto the body slots.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome rod runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), 30-500 mm/s, from -20 to +70 C. The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it slots into tight jigs and guarding.
