The twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or press plate stays square without a separate guide. Its ISO 21287 short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it drops into tight jigs and guarded stations a full-length body cannot fit.
