A double acting, double rod ISO 21287 compact cylinder, the TACED80X30 pushes a 20 mm rod out of BOTH covers, so its 80 mm bore delivers 2356.2 N at 0.5 MPa in either direction - the rod-side area is identical on both sides. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, keeping a gripper or press plate square without an external guide. The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome plated rod runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), 30-500 mm/s.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so this 80 mm bore fits tight weld jigs and clamping gantries where a full-length body will not.
