Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, keeping a gripper or press plate square without any external guide. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs the end-of-stroke shock.
The ISO 21287 short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so this 80 mm bore fits deep into presses, weld fixtures and gantries where a full-length body cannot reach. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries a hard-chrome plated S45C rod, runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), and moves at 30-500 mm/s.
