A precision-machined pneumatic terminal featuring anti-vibration locknut design and zero-clearance swivel mechanism. The electro-less nickel plating provides enhanced corrosion resistance in humid environments. Pre-installed EPDM backup ring prevents O-ring extrusion under peak pressure conditions.

Installation protocol:
Use dual wrench technique - hold body with 17mm open-end wrench while tightening locknut with 14mm crowfoot socket. Apply PTFE tape only on male threads (2 wraps max). Perform pressure test at 1.25× operating pressure after assembly.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
