- 1. Cut tube square using tube cutter (max 0.5° angular error)
- 2. Deburr inner/outer edges with R0.3 max radius
- 3. Insert tube until audible "click" (requires 50N insertion force)
- 4. Hand-tighten locknut before final torque application
- 5. Perform 25% over-pressure leak test after installation
Maintenance note:
Replace O-rings every 500,000 cycles or 2 years (whichever comes first).
Use only PTFE-based lubricants. Avoid silicone oils which degrade NBR.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
